The River Zêzere in Portugal is my sanctuary, where running and yoga meet stillness. Surrounded by water, trees and mountain air, I feel immense peace and tranquillity - a reminder to admire, connect with and respect the natural world.
A hilly loop in Sotogrande has been my anchor for three years – 650 feet of ascent, views of Gibraltar, and the stillness of Sierra Bermeja. More than a run, it became sanctuary, a rhythm that steadied my mind. Some routes you finish. Others, you carry.
