"I often get lost in the photos people share of their running routes or yoga practice on Strava and other platforms, but I always find myself wanting to know more about the runner and the location featured in the image. That curiosity is what inspired Quiet Miles.
The blog is a collection of stories, reflections, videos and images contributed by the running and yoga community. You don’t need to do both to take part – you only need a willingness to share a little about the movement or stillness that matters to you."
~ Kieron James, Editor
